We are seeking team members for our F.O.H. Flex positions.
A Flex position includes the roles of Server /Runner/ Bartender & Host.
All Flex hires are trained to work multiple FOH positions, Bartender, Server, Runner and Host.
Candidates ideally should have experience with both serving and bartending.
We will train you in each area and make sure you are comfortable with all areas of service.
These are vigorous and engaging positions.
We will always do our best to schedule you where you are most comfortable, we cross train everyone so we can all participate actively and effectively in each role.
The Flex position involves serving your section, bussing your tables, running your food and helping your peers to do the same.
Applicants need to be physically able to bus tables, lift and carry 40 lbs when needed, stand for long periods of time and maintain a positive and professional disposition while doing so.
This is a pooled house with ALL Flex team members being paid equally and sharing
tips equally based on hours worked each day. Pay: $16 hourly +Tips.
Whether you work afternoon or evening, the tips will be split equally over the full day, everyone's hourly pay, each day, is equal.
