Line cook position available. Hours and Days Varied - please tell us your availability and desired hours and if you have another job or are going to school. We are ideally looking for someone with availaibity on Monday and Wednesday nights (5pm-12am) and Saturdays 9am-5pm but the more flexible your schedule, the better and more possiblity for more hours.
We are seeking a responsible and motivated individual with a good attitude and strong work ethic to join our team of cooks.
Kitchen experience is needed.

Position details:
-Making menu items to order
-Assembling orders from walk-in customers as well as phone and online orders (including Door Dash)
-Communication with service staff ensuring accuracy and quality
- Jointed Cue Billiards is known for excellent food and we have regular customers who expect consistency that we have had for the 50+ years we have been here.
-Lite prep duties
-Working with management to maintain stock of all Back of House supplies; ingredients
-Daily cleaning tasks
-Following food safety protocol at all times
-Provide excellent customer service- this is an open kitchen!
We offer made-to-order counter/diner food (burgers, fries, shakes, sandwiches, etc.) and also daily breakfast. We ask for at least 1 year of food preparation experience. Must have a valid California Food Handler Card and CA RBS certificate (can be done once hired but both are MANDATORY).
Compensation is hourly plus tips. Benefits include discounted food and free pool time (off shift, of course). Great work environment - our staff loves to work here! Regular paychecks come weekly. Tips given after each shift so you always leave with a little cash in your pocket!
