The Virgin Sturgeon on the Sacramento River is hiring a Kitchen Manager
Minimum of 3-5 years managing kitchen operations and designated back of house staff
Ensure that the highest possible standards of food handling and preparation are achieved
Able to take initiative and manage kitchen tasks independently
Must be able to cook breakfast, work the grill, and sauté
Inventory management
Able to carry up to 40 pounds
Able to maintain a clean environment
Able to set up and breakdown kitchen line
Prep food for day and evening
Detail oriented
Fast learner
Hard working
Flexible

Punctual
$25 per hour plus TIPS!
Must be available weekend shifts.
