ABOUT THE POSITION:
This position primarily focuses on cooking food on the line during service hours, with prep work. You will work together with a team of professionals to ensure that every plate that leaves the kitchen is of the highest quality.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Communicating clearly and positively throughout your shift.
- Setting up and breaking down your station, stocking product, communicating what you're low on to the chef.
- Making sure only fresh, high-quality ingredients are used when preparing all recipes.
- Following recipes and cooking methods for our dishes consistently
- Capable of creating daily food specials.
- Following food safety procedures.
- Cleaning, sanitizing, and maintaining equipment, utensils, and tools throughout kitchen.
