Looking for a Prep Cook/Line Cook/Jack of all trades.
Not sure if those exist anymore.
Full time slot - 5 days, 8+ hour shifts.
Family oriented, independent restaurant, looking to change things up a bit.
Breakfast, Lunch and occasional dinners, larger catering jobs, with the need for someone who can work fast, and under pressure. Preferred candidate would have line experience; both in sauté and sous - be able to create dishes, and prep them for others to execute.
