Sette Pasta House is a new upscale, full-service restaurant in Granite Bay. We focus on serving our guests iconic Italian cuisine, house-made pasta, and fresh, high-quality ingredients. We aim to establish ourselves as the premier destination for enthusiasts seeking authentic culinary excellence and unmatched hospitality. We are looking for passionate individuals for the following positions:
Captain Server
3+ years of prior work experience in a fine dining establishment, preferably in a high-volume restaurant

General Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
- Seat guests and provide them with menus
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Deliver food and beverages to tables promptly
- Assist with food preparation and plating when needed
- Clear tables and reset them for the next guests
- Answer guest inquiries and provide recommendations on menu items
- Handle cash transactions and process payments using POS system
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including wiping tables and sanitizing surfaces
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards
Basic Requirements:
- Previous full-service, upscale service experience preferred
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills to interact with guests and team members effectively
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Knowledge of food safety practices is a plus
- Ability to work well in a team environment
