Key Responsibilities:
Line Cook Duties:
Prepare, cook, and plate menu items to the highest standard.
Ensure the line is set up and ready for service, maintaining an organized and clean workspace.
Work quickly and efficiently during high-volume service times, ensuring food is served fresh and on time.
Follow food safety standards and kitchen protocols at all times.
Communicate effectively with other kitchen staff, servers, and management.
Prep Cook Duties:
Assist with prepping ingredients, including chopping vegetables, marinating proteins, and making sauces.
Follow recipes and kitchen guidelines to ensure consistency and quality.
Keep prep areas clean and organized.
Stock ingredients and maintain inventory levels.
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience as a line cook or prep cook in a restaurant or similar environment preferred, but we’re also happy to train motivated individuals.
Passion for food and a strong work ethic.
Ability to work well under pressure, with attention to detail and time management.
A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
Ability to take direction and maintain a clean, organized work area.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and kitchen safety practices.
