Key Responsibilities:
1. Leadership & Team Development
Hire, train, and manage an outstanding team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Conduct performance evaluations, provide coaching, and foster team development.
Maintain a positive work environment that aligns with Huckleberry’s culture and values.
2. Operational Excellence
Oversee daily operations, including staff scheduling, food preparation, and service quality.
Manage inventory, place orders, and ensure stock levels meet business demands.
Ensure compliance with all health and safety standards and maintain a clean, organized restaurant.
3. Financial Management
Monitor labor costs, food costs, and other expenses to meet budget targets.
Review sales reports and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
Manage cash handling, deposits, and financial records with accuracy and accountability.
4. Guest Satisfaction
Uphold Huckleberry’s commitment to providing a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience.
Handle guest concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
Actively engage with guests to gather feedback and build loyalty.
5. Compliance & Safety
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, including food safety and labor laws.
Conduct regular inspections of the facility and equipment to maintain high safety standards.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a General Manager or similar leadership role in a restaurant setting.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Knowledge of restaurant operations, financial management, and compliance standards.
Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
