Social Media Manager
Location: Roseville, CA (on-site; some evenings/weekends for events)

We’re an established, high-energy restaurant seeking a Social Media Manager to own our digital voice and turn everyday moments—chef specials, late-night vibes, and live events—into scroll-stopping content. If you live for Reels/TikTok, know how to build community, and can turn metrics into momentum, we want to meet you.
What you’ll do
Own the content engine: Plan a monthly content calendar and publish daily across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and Google/Yelp.
Create standout content: Capture short-form video/photo on site; edit for trend fit, sound sync, and thumb-stopping hooks.
Grow the community: Engage in DMs/comments, amplify UGC, and nurture super-fans; coordinate giveaways and creator visits.
Tell the story: Write punchy captions, craft event promos, and keep brand voice consistent across platforms.
Reputation & listings: Monitor reviews and respond with grace; keep hours/menus/events accurate across platforms.
Run light paid: Launch/optimize micro-campaigns for events, openings, and promos (boosts + basic ads).
Measure & iterate: Weekly dashboards and monthly recaps; turn insights into clear next steps.
Partner across the house: Sync with chefs, bar, events, and FOH to catch moments worth sharing—before they happen.
What you’ll bring
3+ years managing social for hospitality, nightlife, CPG, or lifestyle brands (portfolio required).
Proven short-form video chops (CapCut/Final Cut/Premiere) and strong mobile photography skills.
Natural copywriter with a playful, on-brand voice and obsession for trends.
Comfortable with analytics (IG Insights, TikTok Analytics, FB Suite) and simple paid/social boosting.
Bias for action: You plan, shoot, edit, post, and reply—fast.
Nice-to-have: Influencer/creator outreach, basic Canva/Adobe design, email/SMS familiarity.
90-Day success looks like
Consistent 5–7 posts/week with daily Stories.
+20–30% growth in engagement rate and follower quality.
UGC pipeline and creator calendar in place.
Clear monthly reporting, with wins and next bets.
Compensation & schedule
Competitive pay DOE with performance incentives; standard benefits eligibility for full-time employees. Role includes evening/weekend coverage for live content during peak service and events.
