Experience serving 1-2 yrs perferred!
PT server position (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) 22-25 hrs with potential for more hours.
▪ Greet all as they arrive and provide excellent customer service!
▪ Take beverage and food orders from guests
▪ Assist the Kitchen Staff with washing of dishes when appropriate
▪ Execute opening and closing Checklists
▪ Communicate issues and guest feedback to owner
▪ Serve alcoholic drinks consistent with Alcohol Beverage Controls guidelines.
▪ Accept guest payment, process credit card charges in an accurate manner
▪ Wash glassware.
▪ Run food and bus tables
▪ Maintain cleanliness in all areas of the service area including dining floor, counters, sinks, utensils, shelves, bathroom and storage areas.
▪ Conduct inventory on appropriate day
▪ Assist the restocking and replenishment of bar inventory and supplies.
▪ Be available to fill in as needed
