BARISTA QUALIFICATIONS
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years barista experience in a fast-paced café or restaurant
Strong espresso skills: dialing in, steaming milk, latte art (basic or better)
Ability to handle high-volume rushes with accuracy and speed
Excellent customer service skills; friendly, calm, and professional
Reliable, punctual, and able to work weekends/holidays as needed
Cash-handling experience and ability to multitask
Knowledge of coffee beans, brewing methods, and drink consistency
Ability to lift 30 lbs and stand for extended periods
Must have a valid Food Handler’s Certificate (or obtain within 30 days)

LINE COOK QUALIFICATIONS
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years line cook experience in a high-volume kitchen
Strong skills in prep, sauté, grill, fry, and station organization
Ability to maintain speed, accuracy, and consistency during rushes
Understanding of food safety, sanitation, and proper storage procedures
Able to follow recipes, portion guidelines, and plating standards
Must work well under pressure and communicate clearly with the team
Reliable, punctual, and available for early mornings, weekends, and holidays
Able to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods
Must have a valid Food Handler’s Certificate (or obtain within 30 days)

CALIFICACIONES – COCINERO DE LÍNEA
Calificaciones:
Mínimo de 2 años de experiencia como cocinero de línea en una cocina de alto volumen
Fuertes habilidades en prep, sartén, parrilla, freidora y organización de estación
Capacidad para mantener velocidad, precisión y consistencia durante horas de mucho trabajo
Conocimiento de seguridad alimentaria, saneamiento y procedimientos adecuados de almacenamiento
Capacidad para seguir recetas, guías de porciones y estándares de presentación
Habilidad para trabajar bajo presión y comunicarse claramente con el equipo
Responsable, puntual y disponible para madrugadas, fines de semana y días festivos
Capacidad para levantar 40 libras y permanecer de pie por largos periodos
Debe tener un Certificado de Manipulador de Alimentos válido (o obtenerlo dentro de 30 días)
