Under general supervision, this role involves collecting and accounting for disposal fees at landfill and transfer stations, ensuring receipt accuracy, and performing cashier duties. Responsibilities include directing traffic, enforcing regulations, issuing warnings, and inspecting disposal loads for hazardous materials.
Minimum Qualifications
Experience: Two years of responsible work experience in performing teller or cashier activities. A working background or training in entrance gate or retail store operations.
Training: Equivalent to the completion of the twelfth grade. Additional course work in math, accounting, or computer science in desirable.
