Full-time RVT or Vet Assistant with 1-2 years of clinical experience

Job Duties:
o Learn advanced technical skills such as placing and managing central lines, NG tubes and advanced nursing care of critical patients in the ER and ICU working along side our board certified criticalists ECC DVM.
o Develop advanced anesthetic monitoring techniques including multi-modal anesthetic protocols
o Develop a variety of laboratory skills for ER patients such as canine and feline blood-typing and cross-matching.
o Learn advanced imaging techniques with our on site CT and endoscopic procedures.
o Learn from boarded Internists and VTS (SAIM) technical staff in our internal medicine department.

Experience in animal restraint
