Currently hiring for multiple full-time Customer Service Representatives for a health care company in the greater Sacramento area. Responsibilities include but are not limited to supporting the call center functions of this company, and more specifically troubleshoot issues and offer issue resolution & also answer questions about various company products. These interactions are with members, providers, and pharmacies.Qualifications:- 2 years of Customer Service experience (health care experience a plus)- Must be open to inbound customer service - Ability to type at least 35 words per minute [will be tested]- Must be able to type accurate notes and talk on the phone at the same time - High School diploma required Other Details:Pay - based on experience.
