Full Time and a Part time position WEEKENDS are required. Best schedule Thursday-Sunday, closing shift.

THIS IS NOT A SIT DOWN JOB. You are able to enjoy and engage with the owners and their pets, while providing love, treats and so much more. You will be greeting clients, scheduling appointments, CONDUCTING new pet phone interviews (Fear Free), rooming pets, etc.

We keep adding more people to our team and we are still need more! We are growing super fast! We need at least 1 super customer service representatives, full time (maybe one can be part time). You MUST have experience in a veterinary practice and be available full days. We moved into our new and amazing building! We are open 7 days a week and there will be some weekend shifts. The ideal candidate will have Cornerstone experience, be professional, prompt, team player, has a good sense humor (if you can't laugh and have a good time with your co-workers, this is not the place for you. [NO Negative Nelly's, gossips, or toxic people!], reliable transportation, reliable, train consistently, work hard, grow, willing to go the extra mile, compassionate, love people and pets.
Our new state of the art building is designed with our patient's physical and emotional well being in mind! The renovations of our building finally matches the current, low stress, high quality medicine we offer! We will even have two fireplaces and a Zen Garden! Country Oaks has been a part of the Sacramento community since 1967. Under new ownership, the practice is looking towards the future but will always honor the time-tested practice of superior client service.

Maintaining OSHA, Feline Friendly Certifications, Free Free Practice Certification and assisting with tasks related to AAHA Accreditation. This position requires a person who is always seeking to improve the practice through protocol development, team building, and ongoing learning opportunities.
