We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Administrator to join our team. As the Office Administrator you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the front office, ensuring efficient patient service and maintaining a welcoming and professional environment. Dental office experience required MINIMUM 5 years. Spanish is a PLUS.
```Duties```
-Provides leadership to ensure that the dental office operates smoothly
-Managing finances, and providing excellent customer service to patients
- Treatment Planning, keeping record of appointments and proper consent, offer information about dental procedures.
- Manage patient scheduling and ensure appointments are properly coordinated
- Greet and check-in patients, providing exceptional customer service
- Answer phone calls and address patient inquiries or concerns
- Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy of information
- Process insurance claims and verify coverage
- Collaborate with dental professionals to ensure smooth workflow
- Staying updated on dental practice regulations and ensuring compliance.
- Budgeting and cost control.
```Skills```
To excel in this role, you should have the following skills:
- Proficiency in dental office management systems such as EagleSoft preferred but willing to train
- Strong knowledge of dental scheduling systems and phone systems
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
