Our Sacramento Orthodontic specialty practice is SELECTIVELY seeking to add a P/T Office Coordinator / Treatment Coordinator team member. The position is for 2 – 5 days per week. Responsibilities primarily involve HELPING more patients through the New Patient Enrollment Process, Clinical Treatment, as well as Marketing to Existing Patients, other Professional offices and the Community.

REQUIRED:
-Dentistry / Orthodontics is or has been your profession and HELPING people is your passion.
- DA (RDA - OAP candidate), RDA (Registered Dental Assistant) or OAP license (Credential lapse with future re-instatement OK)
-Treatment Presentation and Closing experience (Patient Concerns Discovery) in a dental, orthodontic or other specialty practice
-Naturally friendly and outgoing, a self-starter, and able to work and learn independently.
-Basic computer literacy and math skills
-Ability and Attitude to LEARN new Information, Skills, and Techniques
VALUED:
-Bachelor's degree, AA degree or Additional formal education
-Sales as well as Web and Social Media marketing experience.
-Dolphin Management and Imaging software experience
-Insurance Billing
-Collections
-Experience with iCat CBCT imaging, 3Shape Digital Scanner, 3D printing, and IDB techniques
