Some of the job responsibilities include:
Answering the phone.
Setting up client-clinician phone meetings.
Calling clients to schedule, reschedule.
Responding to emails and voice messages.
Filing, faxing, scanning paperwork.
Ordering supplies.
Office cleaning & laundry.
Taking minutes at staff meetings.
Fostering a safe and welcoming environment for our clients.
Required Qualifications:
Must have experience in medical office setting.
Excellent interpersonal/ verbal, written communication skills
Must have experience with MS Office Suite.
Must have experience with Google Drive
Experience with digital and non-digital systems.
