I apologize for posting the ad when I was in the middle of my biggest flare-up ever and therefore wasn't able to get back to people.
We hired one afternoon weekday person and we're looking for another (Monday through Friday 1:00 to 6:00 p.m.).
We also need someone to come on weekends during lunch and dinner, 1:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. respectively, or to come at 1:00 and prepare both meals.
Duties:
- Tasks are light cleaning, errands, pill sorting, mild personal care, etc.
- Must be registered IHSS worker.
- Must have car.
- Patience, good communicationbonuses!
-must be willing to experiment with different types of communication for hard of speaking and hard of hearing clients
-bonus: experience with memory impaired clients
