Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Dental Assistant to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will assist the dentist in providing high-quality patient care, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow in the clinic. This role requires a strong understanding of dental procedures, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and hygienic environment. Spanish is a PLUS
Responsibilities:
Assist the dentist during examinations and procedures, including prosthodontics and other dental specialties.
Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment in accordance with infection control protocols.
Perform X-rays as needed, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
Maintain accurate medical documentation and patient records, adhering to HIPAA guidelines.
Monitor vital signs of patients before, during, and after procedures.
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care.
Assist in managing appointment schedules and patient flow within the office.
Ensure the dental operatory is clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies.
Experience
Knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, and infection control practices is essential.
Familiarity with electronic health record systems such as Eagle Soft is a plus.
Ability to assist effectively in various dental procedures while maintaining a calm demeanor under pressure.
Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with patients and team members.

Salary will be base on experience
Pay: $22.00 - $29.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
8 hour shift
Every weekend
Monday to Friday
Rotating weekends
