Review & validate claims submission
Process claims using software system
Assist in answering Provider inquire calls
Required Skills & Abilities:
Strong Computer Skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Stong Problem-solving, research, ad resolution skills
Experience working in and office environment
