We are looking for a thorough Property Maintenance Technician to undertake the responsibility to preserve the good condition and functionality of premises in Winters!
You will perform maintenance tasks of great variety such as painting, minor interior/exterior repairs, landscaping, etc. The ideal candidate will be able to work autonomously and responsibly by observing all health and safety guidelines. The goal is to maintain the buildings and common areas in the best possible condition. Handy man experience would be great!
This role is great for someone with a sense of team work that enjoys a fast paced environment.
Day shift
Pay: $23 an hour
RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform daily inspection and maintenance of common areas, and grounds.
Full landscaping responsibilities-maintain and repair the sprinkler system, mow lawns, trim shrubs and lower tree branches, fertilize, weed, etc.
Clean, do maintenance and paint or touch up interior units upon move-out or as directed/needed.
Provide exterior touch-up painting of railings, doors, trims, complex signs.
Provide minor repairs to both the interior and exterior of the complex, including plumbing, electrical, door locks, appliances, carpets, drapes, sheet-rock, tile.
Maintain an accurate inventory of all tools, equipment, and supplies assigned to the complex.
All equipment assigned to the complex is to be kept in good working order at all times.
SKILLS
Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields
Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
Ability to handle physical workload
Deadline and detail-oriented
