Part-time Maintenance Techs needed for Apartment community in Sacramento Ca.
Two days a week. Monday , Tuesday or Thursday NO WEEKENDS
Candidates must have minimum 1 year of building maintenance and be proficient in electrical, plumbing, drywall. Apartment Maintenance Technician
Responsibilities:
Repairing and unclogging toilets, sinks, bathtubs, showers, and exterior drains. Replacing carpets and wooden floors. Installing and repairing wires, plugs, and switches.
