Position Overview
Boat Mechanic / Handyman Responsibilities:
Perform routine boat maintenance and general repairs
Diagnose and repair mechanical systems (engines, drivetrains, steering systems preferred)
Assist with fiberglass, electrical, plumbing, and minor carpentry work
Troubleshoot issues and recommend repair solutions
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Requirements
Previous experience working on boats or related mechanical/handyman work preferred
Knowledge of marine engines, electrical systems, or general boat maintenance is a plus
Ability to work independently and efficiently
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Reliable, punctual, and dependable
Willingness to learn and grow within the marine industry
