Cleaning and Maintenance Person:
Great opportunity with local Sacramento Real Estate Management & Construction Company.
Looking for a Trustworthy and Energetic and Hardworking person that is a Non-Smoker.
Looking for help with leasing at a newer apartment complex near Downtown Sacramento.
Preferably have a California Real Estate License or in the process of getting one.
Must have a car and valid driver's license and be a safe driver to run errands on occasion.
Must be willing to do cleaning duties around the apartment complex as necessary.
Must have a friendly personality and communicate well and have good phone manners.
Must be organized and be able to do general office duties.
Must be able to multi-task and be open to take on new responsibilities.
Must have a Laptop and a Smart Phone.
Must know or willing to learn how to use Software: Excel, Word, Zillow, Appfolio, Others, etc.
Show available apartments for rent to potential tenants when needed.
Do a walkthrough inspection of vacant apartments and coordinate a list of items to repair.
Review rental applications and screen potential tenants when needed.
Prepare lease agreements and addendums, etc. when needed.
Starting wages $20 per hour or Commission part-time to full-time after probationary period.
