Carpentry experience preferred

Must be available to work some overtime and out of town (we cover hotel and per-diem pay)
General Summary: Performs a combination of tasks, usually working in a general
capacity, as a member of a construction crew on projects consisting of

1. Education Requirements: High school diploma preferable.
2. Experience Requirements: Previous commercial construction experience is a serious plus. Outside experience that may be relevant will still be considered.
3. Desired Knowledge and/or Skills: Dependable, quality oriented, self motivated and able to work effectively with minimal supervision. Knowledge of safe and efficient work practices.
4. Core Responsibilities:

6. Essential Job Functions: General duties include basic framing, sheetrock, furniture installation, site cleaning and maintenance, shelving installation, demolition, concrete patching, asphalt patching, minor electrical and tile work, Etc. (If you lack experience at some of these we can train you).
7. Other Job Functions: Ability to drive to and from job sites may be occasionally necessary. Typically rides can be arranged with the Site Superintendent.
8. Physical Demands: Frequent climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching,
handling, and heavy lifting.
9. Working Conditions: Frequent exposure to weather. Frequent exposure to dust and fumes. Loud noise intensity level.
