We're seeking someone with experience doing basic and advanced plumbing. Must be able to fix cast pipe
and have the tools and ability to saw-cut, or jackhammer concrete.
We also have residential apartments:
garbage disposals, toilet replacements/fixing, supply lines, under sink plumbing, using ABS,
Low Boy electric water heater replacements, clearing drains and clogs.
A few important items to have:
Having your tools and equipment is a must!
Pipe camera
Snake
Must be able to work with commercial cast pipe.
Must be licensed
Must have own liability insurance.
We provide no employee benefits such as health or IRA because this is a 1099 job. You are a private contractor, not an employee. You are paid on a per-contract basis.
We recommend to be set up online to receive payments We typically use QuickBooks or other types of online invoicing. We can also do it the old fashioned way. We pay monthly not weekly and you are required to submit a professional bill each month to be paid.
