Design build General Contractor is hiring full time employment for working in all trades experience a plus. Training trades is also available. Get paid while you learn. We build residential homes and resort style back yards. We are a one stop shop that has developed a priority building process that has become a leader in the building industry. If you are self driven can understand directions have a great attitude have the desire to learn, succeeded and enjoy the finer qualities of life we are a no stress work environment. We seldom work weekend and do travel in a 2 hr radius of Sacramento where we provide lodging and Diem for food. If your a season leader and can manage a job site we have incentive program available. Here are some job descriptions that we do or can train.
1. Demolition
2. All trades of labor
3. Set elevations and wood backing for Gunite placement
4. Welding and steel fabrication we have iron worker, saws and benders
5. Working / learning with our priority building system.
6. Plaster and stucco work.
7. Light framing, plumbing, electrical and concrete.
8. Understand design drawings.
9. Driving company vehicle with towing a trailer.
10. Job site power tool equipment we have skid steer and reach lift.
11. Light landscaping
12. Job site cleanup
These trades are what we do. Experience is very helpful but willing to train, Most importantly must show up on work on time and have reliable transportation, If the above interest to you, you must send a resume of some sort to understand your past employment including duties, length of employment and desired pay rate. We also provide assistance with health care for full time employees.
