We have a vacancy on our team for a Day Porter in Sacramento, California.
Monday – Friday 6 am – 2:30 pm
You will provide a variety of maintenance and cleaning tasks to keep the buildings looking perfect.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
General cleaning of the building and keeping it maintained and in good condition.
Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.
Cleaning and Stocking of restrooms
Clean and disinfect high touch point areas
Clean up spills with appropriate equipment
Collect and dispose of trash
Keep cleaning supplies in stock
Maintain a neat and clean appearance
Complete tasks in a timely manner with minimal supervision
Ability to manage your time efficiently
Work well when supervisors are not present
Able to work safely with a variety of cleaning supplies
Able to use basic cleaning equipment
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Good communication skills
Ability to lift and move at least 50 lbs.
Good organizational skills
Excellent time management skills
REQUIREMENTS:
CDL or equivalent/pass Background screening
A clean DMV record is required
High School Diploma (Preferred)
Ability to manage time efficiently
Work well without supervision
Must be 18 years or older
SALARY:
$18.50
