Responsibilities:
Prepare surfaces for painting, including cleaning and priming.
Apply paint, stain, and other finishes using brushes, rollers and sprayers.
Ensure all projects are completed to specifications and in accordance with safey standards.
Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines.
Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a painter (3+ years preferred)
Strong knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and safety practices.
Ability to read and interpret project specifications and blueprints
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
