Position Overview
We are seeking skilled Professional Painters with experience in residential and/or commercial painting. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare interior and exterior surfaces (washing, sanding, scraping, caulking, masking)
Apply paint, stain, lacquer, or coatings using brushes, rollers, and spray systems
Repair drywall, patch holes, and perform light carpentry as needed
Protect floors, furniture, and fixtures during projects
Mix and match paint colors and finishes
Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean job site
Follow safety procedures and project timelines
Communicate professionally with clients, supervisors, and team members
Qualifications
2+ years of professional painting experience (residential, commercial, or both)
Knowledge of proper prepping, application, and finishing techniques
Ability to work at heights and use ladders/scaffolding
Strong attention to detail and quality standards
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods
Must be punctual, dependable, and professional in appearance
Preferred:
Spray painting experience
OSHA or safety certification
Supervisory or crew lead experience
Bilingual (optional)
