Minimum 5 years RESIDENTIAL and commercial experience - LINE CLEARANCE WILL NOT COUNT TOWARDS RESIDENTIAL AND COMMERCIAL EXPERIENCE.
Must have several years of large tree removals in small spaces. Proven ability to drop trees with out damaging fences, roof tiles, windows etc. Must be able to demonstrate technical expertise to work around hazards and be able to efficiently climb without hooks.
Precision pruning and structural pruning experience for residential pruning.
Proven experience setting up jobs to run efficiently and safely.
Knowledgeable and skilled in safe climbing techniques and tree pruning/removal in compliance with ANSI standards
Experienced in all aspects of tree work
Must have at least 3 years experience leading 3 and 4 person crews
Be able to drive and operate manual transmission chipper trucks
Candidates with CDL, arborist certification, recent safety training and valid First Aid/CPR credentials will be top priority candidates.
Current ISA arborist certification highly desirable
CDL required within 6 months of hire date
