DAILY -
Follow company policies.
Follow schedules to arrive at work on time.
Communicate unexpected absences.
Travel to job sites.
Follow safety guidelines and operating procedures for equipment and products.
Be accessible by phone and email for shift change notifications.
QUALIFICATIONS -
Must have Business license, Liability insurance and workers comp insurance
Basic computer skills.
A Valid Driver’s License.
Must have a reliable vehicle capable of loading equipment and materials needed
DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE BUT NOT ESSENTIAL -
Leadership or supervisory experience.
Safety qualifications.
Janitorial experience.
English Language Proficiency: Speaking, Reading, Listening and Writing
