We're seeking someone with experience to work on a foam roof that needs repair. We also have scuppers/downspouts that need repair, or replacement. These are commercial downspouts and scuppers.
A few important items to have:
Having your own tools and equipment is a must!
Must be licensed
Must have own liability insurance.
We provide no employee benefits such as health or IRA because this is a 1099 job. You are a private contractor, not an employee. You are paid on a per-contract basis.
We recommend to be set up online to receive payments We typically use QuickBooks or other types of online invoicing. We can also do it the old fashioned way. We pay monthly not weekly and you are required to submit a professional bill each month to be paid.
