Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Closer to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, particularly in the solar sales industry, and will be responsible for closing deals and meeting sales targets. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and motivated individual to take their sales career to the next level and contribute to the growth of our company.
Duties:
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our solar sales products and services, as well as our competitors, to effectively communicate the value proposition to potential clients.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads through outside sales efforts, networking, and market research.
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services to existing customers.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics.
- Negotiate and close deals, including negotiating prices, terms, and conditions.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the energy sales market and stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments.
- Work closely with the technical sales team to ensure that sales pitches and presentations accurately reflect the capabilities and features of our products and services.
Qualifications:
- Proven sales experience, with a focus on solar sales or a related field.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the energy sales market and industry trends.
- Experience in technical sales or a related field is preferred.
