Are you experienced in restoration services and ready to join a dynamic and growing team? We are seeking a skilled Water Damage, Fire Restoration, and Mold Remediation Technician to help property owners recover and restore their homes and businesses after disasters.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to water, fire, and mold damage emergencies in a timely and professional manner.
Perform water extraction, structural drying, and content cleaning.
Safely handle and remediate mold-affected areas in compliance with industry standards.
Perform fire damage cleanup, including soot and odor removal.
Operate and maintain specialized restoration equipment.
Communicate effectively with customers, providing excellent service and support during difficult times.
Accurately document work performed and prepare job reports.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in water damage restoration, fire restoration, or mold remediation.
Familiarity with restoration industry equipment and techniques (air movers, dehumidifiers, containment setup, etc.).
Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in challenging environments.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow industry protocols.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
IICRC or other relevant certifications (preferred but not required).
