Position Requirements:
- Ability to work in tough conditions, including demolition, and hot or cold weather for 8 or more hours a day.
- Basic knowledge of framing and structure.
- Proficiency in using tools such as skill saw, tape measure, chop saw, and more.
- Must possess a valid driver's license.
- Reliable transportation to job sites across central California.
- Ability to lift heavy items weighing between 25 to 75 pounds.
Positions Available:
1. Foreman:
- Lead the team and oversee construction activities.
- Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
2. Journeyman:
- Skilled tradesperson with experience in various construction tasks.
- Able to work independently or as part of a team.
3. Apprentice:
- Entry-level position for individuals eager to learn and grow in the construction industry.
- Willingness to follow instructions and assist journeyman and foreman.
