Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Landscape Foreman.
The primary responsibilities will include leading landscape construction projects, including tasks such as property preparation, planting, irrigation installation, sod installation and hydro seed application.
This role is crucial to the success of our projects and requires someone who is hardworking, reliable, and enjoys working outdoors.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and assist planting various types of plants, shrubs, and trees according to landscape plans and installation of irrigation systems including drip lines, sprinklers, and valves.
Oversee and assist labor team tasks including digging, trenching, lifting heavy materials, and site cleanup.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Requirements:
Prior experience in landscape construction.
Knowledge of planting techniques, irrigation systems, and basic construction methods.
Ability to work in a team environment and effectively supervise labor crews.
Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites within Sacramento County.
