We are looking for a reliable team lead to join our team at Commercial Laundry Specialist. We value availability, punctuality, reliability and team work. This position requires open availability in the evening/night and weekends, bilingual preferred (Spanish).
Production leader directs employees to achieve company goals by setting clear goals and deadlines. Maintains a team environment with open communication and motivates and encourages team to accomplish goals.
Responsibilities:
Follows and ensures the company’s process and procedures.
Insure safety and efficiency that complies with the company’s expectation.
Ensures customer’s requests are completed for each location as instructed.
Is able to take accurate independent decisions when needed.
Trains employees in laundry operations.
Able to demonstrate to co-workers proficiency in all aspects of job duties
Creates orders/packing slips for laundry completed.
Communicates all work related issues and comments to the supervisor to make sure all problems are resolved.
Consults drivers/supervisors of any abnormality in the transportation trucks.
Observes sorting, cleaning, washing and drying operations.
Inspects laundry stains and damages.
Oversees quality of laundry.
Speaks to co-workers in a professional manner and maintain positive work relation. Listens and answers employee concerns.
Insure facility is set and secure and report all abnormalities or issues immediately.
Reports and provides basic troubleshooting of equipment, trucks, etc. when not operating properly.
