Commercial property management company seeking experienced handyman/maintenance person for Sacramento, Folsom and Rancho Cordova complexes. General repairs and maintenance including pressure washing, window washing, painting, minor plumbing, installing lights, replacing ceiling tile, etc. Also includes property clean up, window washing, spot cleaning, etc. Must have own transportation (mileage reimbursement included). Salary is dependent upon experience.
