Mothers Cleaning Coop allows it's employees the flexibility to create their own working hours that work best for them and their families. You can work outside the home without giving up being there for your children. MCC also pays great! - $28 per hour for house cleaning. We are an employer paying for mileage, cleaning supplies, cleaning equipment, sick pay and vacation pay; as well as residual commission for just doing a great job. At Mothers our cleaning Moms grow their paychecks along with the company profits
Professional house cleaning experience is a plus - But not mandatory.
We pair our Moms to return to the same client base, for a safe, friendly and familiar working environment. Our Moms also help run every aspect of the company, from the scheduling to the cleaning to the hiring. Mothers Cleaning Coop is very much a Mom ran company.
