-Honest
-Has a current drivers license
-Has a vehicle to be able to drive to work everyday
-Has a valid Social Security number
-Weighs less than 225 lbs
-Able to work at least three days a week for 8 to 10 hours a day
- able to perform physically demanding tasks
-not using illegal drugs
-ok with going out of town for multiple days staying in hotels
-can commit to at least 3 months
-willing to work outside in rainy conditions
-Provide a resume including most recent work experience going back 5 years and dates worked and contact information for references with Business card/website listing
