Job: To assist Concrete Pump Operator in daily task.
Job Requirement: Must be over the age of 21. Have a driver's license and reliable transportation. No experience required but must be willing to learn and work-hard. The job is tough. Looking for someone to learn and do what it takes to help operations go smoothly. The work is mainly outside so there will be situation where you will be working in tough environments (hot and cold weather). Have to be able to learn and take orders. Be professional and always have good attitude. The job requires heavy lifting, cleaning, recognize safety procedures, take orders and a lot of movement. Looking for a hard-working individual that's willing to learn and be dedicated to task at hand.
Schedule depends on amount of jobs. It varies everyday. Usually starts very early around 5 a.m and can go as late as 5 p.m. Good attendance is very important and must be reliable. As of this moment; weekly hour is expected to be around 30 hours a week depending on amount of jobs.
Ideal person is someone that needs a job to take care of themselves or family. We want someone that will stay for a while not someone that move from job to job.
Bilingual is a plus. We work with many types of ethnic groups so Spanish or Asian speaking capabilities will help.
NO DRUG USERS PLEASE (Alcohol and Cannabis is okay but not while working)
Pay: Pump Assistance: $20-24 DOE
Pump Operator: $25-$35 DOE
