Now Hiring – EXPERIENCED Car Detailers & Lead Detailer (Sacramento Area)
NorCal Mobile Detailing is expanding! We are hiring experienced Detailers and a skilled Lead Detailer to join our team. If you take pride in your work, aim for perfection, and are serious about detailing, we want you on our crew.
Location: Sacramento & surrounding areas (mobile services)
Pay: Competitive cash pay — based on experience + tips (paid weekly)
Schedule: Full-time, start immediately (8-10 hours + )
What You’ll Do
Interior & exterior detailing (wash, vacuum, shampoo, wax, polish)
Advanced services: buffing, sanding, paint correction, ceramic coating application (Lead Detailer must be highly skilled in these areas)
Work on a variety of vehicles — cars, trucks, RVs, and boats
Drive the company car to job sites (Lead Detailer; must have valid driver’s license)
Deliver high-quality results with attention to detail
Learn and grow — we provide opportunities to refine skills, but prior detailing experience is required
Requirements
Do NOT apply if you have no experience
Must have previous detailing experience (buffing, sanding, coatings a plus)
Willingness to learn and improve techniques
Reliable transportation to and from job sites
Valid driver’s license
Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Punctual, dependable, and professional
Serious about full-time work and ready to start ASAP
Dress Code
Collared shirt, black, white, navy blue
Clean professional pants/shorts (dickies OK)
Closed-toe shoes required
Maintain a neat, professional appearance
