Green Day Pest Control is a local startup company that is growing very fast. We are looking to hire a knowledgeable Pest Control Technician to help us with our rapid growth. We come with over 15 years of pest experience in multiple states. Pay Range: $18-$22 p/h plus commission up to $30 p/h DOE
Pest Control Technician Responsibilities:
Determine the treatment required to solve pest issues.
Responding to customers’ requests for various pest control services.
Identifying opportunities to sell additional company services and products.
Filling out all necessary paperwork upon completion of each job.
Communicating with office staff to schedule services with customers.
Applying suitable pesticides to infested areas by following the label instructions and complying with safety procedures.
Generating new sales.
Pest Control Technician Requirements:
High school diploma or GED.
Valid Driver’s License.
Proven pest control experience.
License to perform pest control
The ability to work in all weather conditions.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Effective communication skills.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Detail-oriented.
Lift up to 50 lbs.
Self motivated and ability to manage time efficiently
Pay Range: $18-$22 p/h plus commission up to $30 p/h DOE

I have been in the pest control business for over 15 years and owned my own company for 10 of those years. I just moved to Sacramento to start this company. We will be adding dozens of accounts per week this season and are looking for someone ASAP. As we grow, we will need to fill many positions including a Tech Manager, Branch Manager etc. This is an incredible opportunity to come in at ground level and grow with us. Your compensation will obviously grow as the company grows.

8 or 4 hour shift depending on availability
