We are a small family-owned plant nursery. We need a team member who is hard-working and reliable to help us for 20 plus hours a week. We have roughly 30 varieties of plants that we grow from seeds or cuttings to sell on multiple online platforms. Job description includes mainly, but not limited to, packaging and shipping plants, seeding/cloning and (re)potting plants into larger pots. Must be able to have a sense of time urgency and deadlines, lift 50lbs, work in all weather conditions and is highly reliable. Compensation will be based on experience and results with incentives. We operate out of our home with two kids and two friendly dogs present and of course tons of plants!
