Duties:
Clean vacated units
Clean common areas and take out trash
Maintain restrooms and office areas
Sweeping
Grounds keeping/light landscaping
Replacing latches (as needed)
Other minor maintenance duties (as needed)
Other duties (as assigned)
Monday - Friday
9:30am to noonish, roughly 10-15 hours per week
