We are a seasonal business. Seasonal does not mean you will be out of work after the season just that the services you'll be performing changes depending on the season.This time of year we are gearing up for our busy gutter cleaning season. The remainder of the year we are busy with window washing, pressure washing, and solar panel cleaning services. Our working hours are within the hours of 8-5, M-F. Perfect job for roofers/landscapers whose work is slow during the wet months.
No experience necessary, we will teach you. But must:
-Be comfortable going up and down ladders and working on roofs - our ladders have a 300 lb weight limit.
-Pass a background check (We will consider those with a troubles past on a case by case basis)
-Care about quality work
-Be ok working outdoors in various weather conditions
-Have a valid Drivers License and a reliable means of getting to the truck for work
If you do not have a valid Drivers License you may be considered for the position on a case by case basis! If you are considered for the position there may be a decrease in earnings.
The ideal candidate for this position:
-Someone who is under employed (This means that you may not be getting enough hours in your current role).
-Someone who works nights and is looking for a day job to earn extra income.
-Someone who is recently graduated from High School or College and is looking for a new experiences.
-Someone who may be currently out of work and is looking to establish themselves in a new career field.

We do not pay like the average company. All of our contractors and technicians are paid per their performance. What this means is you are paid a percentage of the revenue for the work you complete. This means more money in your pockets and more time you can spend with your loved ones. Our contractors are averaging $22 an hour. If graduated to a Full Time Technician you will be eligible for merit raises. All tips paid out are yours to keep! If offered a full time position as a Technician your pay averages at $31 an hour! If promoted to a Crew Chief pay averages at $42.66 an hour and this is all before factoring tips!
Did I mention that the crew keeps 100% of tips!
