Job Description: Prewashing/Facility Maintenance Technician
Tentative Work Schedule: Some shifts may be during the day, evenings, and weekends.
We offer paid training for all our Technicians.

Duties include the following:
Pressure washing fleet, parking garages, walkways, garbage enclosures, etc.
Building façade cleaning
Pressure cleaning, minor welding, cart caster & wheel change, plus other miscellaneous repairs of rolling grocery store equipment (shopping carts, floats, bakery racks, etc.)
Pressure cleaning of sidewalks, windows, and doors in front of the store
Communicating with store management and department-level employees
Operate backpack blower and drive a sweeper truck to clean and maintain parking lots.
Blowing debris away from curbs, corners, sidewalks, etc. sweeping up trash/debris from drive lanes and lots.
Adherence to all safety rules and procedures
Maintain equipment in a neat, clean, safe, and good working condition
Other tasks assigned by management
Qualified candidates will be dependable and must:
Have a good driving record.
Have fleet experience using a Company vehicle.
Physical ability and skill to perform custom soft and pressure wash with efficiency.
Ability and comfort with safely working from ladders and rooflines.
Be able to work a flexible schedule including weekdays, weekends, and evenings.
Have Excellent communication skills.
Be able to work independently once trained, stay on task, and complete jobs in the allotted time frame.
Be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
Ability to pass a drug screening and background check.
A successful Pressure Washing Associate can provide safe, efficient cleaning for a variety of surfaces.
Specific Responsibilities:
Operate the Elite Pressure Washing Services mobile pressure washing equipment, shopping cart repair equipment, and sweeper truck in a safe manner.
Follow safety standards and equipment guidelines.
Select the proper cleaning agents and cleaning techniques to complete each project effectively.
Maintain a professional image. This includes oneself as well as the interior and exterior of the Elite Pressure Washing Services vehicles.
Communicate truck and equipment problems in a timely fashion.
Ensure that all materials needed to complete the job are taken to the job site.
Arrive on time for work and for scheduled accounts.
Communicate and work as part of a team, as well as individually.
Comply with all reporting requirements.
Participate in company training.
Job Type: Part-time, 25+ hours per week.
Salary: $18 per hour
