1. Licensed Painting Subcontractor
We are looking for an experienced and licensed painting subcontractor to handle various projects, including:
Rental turn painting
Interior and exterior painting
Multiple, ongoing painting jobs
The ideal candidate will have their own tools and a reliable crew to complete projects efficiently and to a high standard.
2. Skilled Painter/Finisher (Employee Position)
We are also hiring an employee with strong painting and finishing skills. This role requires expertise in:
Sheetrock patching and texturing
Minor sheetrock installation
Working quickly and reliably to meet deadlines
Carpentry experience, particularly with finish work, is a significant plus. A good work ethic and a focus on quality are essential.
